His incredible and vast knowledge helps him diagnose even the thoughest of problem machines and he works hard to create long-lasting relationships with each and every customer. When al is not working here, he is at fema during the day or out with his family enjoying his time camping.

Likely the voice you hear when you call the shop, zoe is always jumping around to help find you a part, get you checked in, and help you find a new machine for your home or business. She is passionate about creating a helpful and friendly experience in the shop and creating a lasting relationship with each customer.

Roger is an outstading 2 stroke mechanice specializing in chain saws and string trimmers. He is also a generator specialist repairing all brands of generators.

Mike is recently trainded as a silver award saleman through husqvana university. Mike is also a husqvarna trained outdoor power equipment mechanic. Mike started here as a transportation team member and slowly switched into a mechanic role in the shop. When he's not working in the shop, he's home enjoying time with his family.

MECHANIC

DAVID IS THE NEWEST MEMBER TO OUR SERVICE TEAM. HE HAS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL OF OUR BRANDS AND HAS OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH SMALL ENGINE REPAIRS.

WHEN NOT IN SCHOOL, BRADY COMES TO THE SHOP TO HELP OUT AND LEARN ALL ABOUT MECHANICS. OVER THE SUMMER MONTHS, BRADY JOINS US DURING THE WEEK AND DURING THE SCHOOL SEASON, YOU'LL ONLY SEE HIM ON SATURDAYS. HE'S A QUICK LEARNER AND A FRIENDLY FACE WHEN YOU WALK IN THE SHOP AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.

ERIC SPENDS MORE TIME ON THE ROAD THAN IN THE SHOP TO SAFELY DELIVER YOUR EQUIPMENT TO OUR SERVICE TEAM. WHEN HE IS NOT WORKING WITH THE ROTTI TEAM, HE IS DEDICATING HIS TIME TO THE HOLDEN FIRE DEPARTMENT.

PATRICK IS ONE OF THE NEWER MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM BUT COMES TO US AS A RETIRED DEVENS FIREFIGHTER. HE HAS EXPERIENCE DRIVING LARGE VEHICLES AND IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO LEND A HELPING HAND AROUND THE SHOP.

Anna is the friendly face you see on saturdays. She's a pro at keeping our shops inventory tidy and up to date but when she's not here in the office, she's in school studying agricultural mechanics or at the farm with her horse.
